Why this matters at work
The issues people don't raise
Weight, sleep, energy, and hormonal changes quietly drive absence, presenteeism, and disengagement — and rarely surface in a standard benefits conversation.
Real clinical care
Every employee is reviewed by a board-certified physician or provider who decides what is appropriate. Labs before therapy, and follow-up built into the plan.
Predictable cost
A one-time consultation fee and a flat annual membership. Medication is billed at pharmacy cost plus a transparent 5% admin fee — nothing else.
Three ways to fund it
Pick the level of sponsorship that fits your budget — the employee experience is identical.
Employees pay
You provide access and communications; employees enroll and pay for themselves. No cost to the company.
Company sponsors membership
You cover the annual membership; employees cover the consultation fee and their medication.
Company sponsors both
You cover the consultation fee and membership, so employees only pay for medication at cost + 5%.
Rollout
Intro call
We walk through your population, goals, and which sponsorship option fits.
Agreement
A short agreement covering scope, sponsorship, privacy, and reporting.
Launch comms
An enrollment link plus email and intranet copy your team can send as-is.
Reporting
Aggregate participation reporting on a schedule you choose.
Private by design
Employers see participation counts and program mix only. Individual intakes, labs, diagnoses, and prescriptions are never shared with the company — including when the company is paying.
What a member pays
$49
One-time consultation and intake review by our board-certified clinical team.
$199/year
Membership once approved — dosing, follow-up, labs review and unlimited messaging.
Cost + 5%
Medication is billed separately: the price from a licensed, reputable US compounding pharmacy plus a flat 5% fee that covers our administration. Nothing more — so you never have to guess whether you're paying the lowest price for a high-quality medication.
Common questions
Will we see employees' health information?
No. Intakes, labs, physician notes, and prescriptions are visible only to the employee and their clinical team. You receive aggregate participation numbers with no individual clinical detail.
How do employees enroll?
Through an eligibility list you provide, or an open enrollment link you share internally. Either way, the employee completes their own private intake.
Is this insurance?
No. It is direct-pay clinical care with transparent prices, so there are no claims, deductibles, or network limits.
What happens if an employee leaves?
Their care continues — they simply move onto self-pay for the remainder of the membership year.
